Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Dream Web Studios ("Studio," "we," or "us") for website design, software engineering, branding, or digital marketing services, or by using this website (dreamwebstudios.in), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Project Scoping & Proposals

All client engagements are conducted on the basis of written project briefs or quotation documents detailing the deliverables, technology stack, timeline estimates, and fee structures. Any substantive changes to the agreed scope during development will be evaluated and quoted prior to implementation.

3. Payment Milestones & Billing

Standard website engagements require an upfront discovery deposit (typically 50%) before design and coding commence, with the balance due upon final staging sign-off prior to live domain deployment. Invoices are issued with applicable GST details.

4. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for completed work, 100% ownership of custom-developed code, branding vectors, website files, and design collateral is transferred to the client. The Studio retains the right to display non-confidential deliverables in its professional portfolio and case study showcases.

5. Client Responsibilities & Content

Clients are responsible for providing necessary brand materials, images, text, and timely feedback needed to maintain project milestones. Clients represent that any text, images, or trademarks provided to the Studio do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights.

6. Technical Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Every website launch includes 30 days of complimentary technical warranty support to correct any bugs or display anomalies resulting from our code. Dream Web Studios is not liable for third-party hosting server downtime, domain registrar outages, payment gateway service interruptions, or unauthorized modifications made by third parties.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms and any project agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
